Our full-time faculty have doctoral degrees from major renowned universities in the US, Canada, UK, and Asia. Together, the department's guiding focus is to continue to establish ourselves as a knowledge-creation and -dissemination centre, to influence both the academic and business communities. In this respect, our faculty regularly publishes in premiere scholarly journals such as Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Management Science, and Marketing Science. An equally important core activity we do is in the areas of consultancy and executive training. Armed with a diverse knowledge and skill set, we actively seek collaboration with our industry stakeholder as part of a broader intellectual undertaking. Areas of critical inquiry for the purpose of improving organisational practice and performance include for instance, brand valuation, marketing performance metrics, as well as market and consumer analytics.
