The NUS MBA Specialisation in Strategy & Organisation focuses on the behavioural and strategic issues facing contemporary organisations. The programme aims to cultivate a spirit of innovation and streamline business processes, especially in the areas of strategic management, change management and human resource management.
It also provides a comprehensive overview of the major elements of the entrepreneurial activity, including evaluation of new businesses, intellectual property protection, product development, global business and growth strategies.
Students who satisfactorily complete at least 24 MCs of Strategy and Organisation, including relevant core modules will fulfill the requirement for a specialisation in Strategy & Organisation.
