This program is jointly offered by the NUS Business School and the Department of Real Estate of the School of Design & Environment. The curriculum draws from existing modules of both graduate programs. Students must be admitted to this specialization during their initial application to the NUS MBA.
The requirements for an MBA with a Specialization in Real Estate are:
22 MCs of Core MBA modules
16 MCs of Core Real Estate modules
10 MCs of electives in MBA
8 MCs of electives in Real Estate
1 Integrative Project (equivalent to 12 MCs) or 3 Elective Modules equivalent to 12 MCs
The six core MBA modules are:
BMA5003 - Financial Accounting
BMA5008 - Financial Management
BMA5112 - Asia Pacific Business
BMA5013 - Corporate Strategy
BMA5009 - Marketing Management
BMA5002A - Statistics (2 MCs)
The four core real estate modules are:
RE5003 - Real Estate Investment Analysis
RE5004 - Economics of Real Estate Markets
RE5006 - Corporate Real Estate Asset Management
RE6001 - Real Estate Finance & Securitization
Students are to complete any two electives from the following Real Estate modules:

- International Real Estate
- Commercial Real Estate Appraisal
- Urban Policy & Real Estate Markets
- Development & Project Financing
- Legal and Institutional Framework
