MBA students may register for electives from other faculties within NUS. Students who wish to take cross faculty electives should complete the cross faculty application form and submit it to MBA office. Students are allowed up to 2 cross faculty modules in the program*. Final approval for admission to the module/s is/are given by the faculty offering the module. Students should contact the respective cross faculties to inquire about the modules and schedules.

The Centre for Language Studies was established in 2001 and teaches eleven different languages ― Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Tamil, Thai and Vietnamese. Thus helps student to acquire a very valuable economic and social resource in today's world of growing globalisation and internationalisation.
Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy
As countries in Southeast Asia and the Pacific enter a new phase of their development, the importance of public policy has become increasingly recognised. The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy was established in 2004 with the mission of educating and training the next generation of Asian policymakers and leaders.
Department of Real Estate
The Department of Real Estate aspires to make significant contribution to the body of knowledge concerning the value and management of the built environment at national, regional and international levels. Its mission is to develop leaders and advance knowledge for the global real estate industry.
Department of Epidemiology and Public Health
The Master of Public Health program seeks to equip suitable health professionals to assume leadership and administrative roles in Public Health, Health Administration, Occupational Medicine, Clinical and Health Services Research. The instructional objectives of the MPH program will emphasize methodological approaches to identifying health and healthcare needs; planning, implementing and evaluating programs and policies which are essential for the prevention and alleviation of ill-health in the community.
Risk Management Institute
Founded in August 2006, the Risk Management Institute (RMI) was established as a university-level research arm of the National University of Singapore (NUS) dedicated to the area in financial risk management. It is supported by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under its Program on Risk Management and Financial Innovation.
Division of Engineering & Technology Management
The purpose of an Engineering and Technology (ETM) education programme is to train engineers who wish to receive formal management education for their professional work in engineering, manufacturing, research and development (R&D) or technology commercialisation. The purpose of a companion ETM research programme is to provide thought leadership in ETM areas such as Technology Strategy, Innovation Strategy, R&D Management, complex project management, Intellectual Property Management, etc, and during the research process train PhD level graduates and create local case-studies which could be used to enhance the education programmes.
