Our twenty-four full-faculty have doctoral degrees from major renowned universities in the US, Canada, UK, and Asia. Together, the department’s guiding focus is to continue to establish ourselves as a knowledge-creation center in the Marketing discipline. In this respect, our faculty regularly publishes in premiere scholarly journals such as Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Management Science, and Marketing Science; holding key positions in professional marketing bodies such as the Marketing Institute of Singapore, the Asia-Pacific Marketing Federation, the World Marketing Federation, and the Association for Consumer Research.
An equally important core activity we do is in the areas of consultancy and executive training. Armed with a diverse knowledge and skill set, we actively seek collaboration with our industry stakeholder as part of a broader intellectual undertaking. Areas of critical inquiry for the purpose of improving organizational practice and performance include for instance, Customer Growth and Retention as well as Market, Channel, and Pricing Analysis.
