The Singapore Corporate Governance Awards recognise companies that 'best meet the letter and spirit of the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance' from investors' point of view. The Award is part of the Investors' Choice Awards organised by the Securities Investors Association of Singapore. The Award was endorsed by the Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations(formerly CGFRC) in association with leading organisations like Standard and Poor's, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Singapore Exchange, Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) and Business Times.
